  1. General Terms and Conditions

By renting with Out Of Line, you are consenting to these terms and conditions.

  • The rental period begins and ends with the dates agreed upon when booking.
  • All garments are owned by Out Of Line
  • All bookings are confirmed and reserved when payment is received.
  • You, as the customer, are liable for the garment(s) for the time they are delivered/collected to the time they are returned.
  • The garments must only be worn by the renter
  • Payment and security

Payments are to be made to the bank account provided on our Instagram

  • Payment is required in full with your name as a reference to confirm the booking
  • Once proof has been shown, the booking will be reserved.

Information is collected for rental management purposes only.

  1. Cancelations

Our cancellation terms are here to protect us and you as the customer.

Full compensation is only available until 4 days before the rental start date.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking within 4 days, you are eligible for a 50% refund

or store credit valid up to 12 months.

  • If the garment has already been shipped, you are not eligible for a refund.

If the item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen causes, we will offer:

  • A replacement offer
  • A full refund.
  • Theft and unpaid fees

If required, you will be issued an invoice via email to complete within 14 days.

These invoices may include: cleaning and repair. replacement, and late fees.

If not paid, we have the right to take action to ensure fees are paid, such as:

  • Dept collection agencies
  • Dispute Tribunal

If this action is taken, renters will be required to pay associated costs

alongside fees.

  1. Cleaning

Do not attempt to clean garments. Garments are cleaned between every rental

period by Out Of Line and professional dry cleaning.

 If an item is returned not to our satisfaction for reasons including (and not limited to)

to):

  • Ripping
  • Stains
  • Exessive scents

We will charge a cleaning fee.

If an item has been cut, altered, or destroyed past a wearable/fixable condition, by

 the judgment of Out Of Line, you will be required to pay the RRP (Retail Price).

  1. Delivery and Pickup

Pick-up dates will be agreed upon between you and Out Of Line. The garment must

be returned by no later than 2 days after the rental period has ended.

For garments that are delivered

  • Out of Line is not responsible for delays caused by postal companies.
  • As the customer, you are responsible for providing the correct information required for delivery.
  • Orders will be posted to arrive one day before the agreed start date.
  • Returning orders must be posted by the day after the rental period ends.
  • Refunds

Please refer to (3) for cancellation-related refunds.

If an item does not fit, you will not receive a refund.

  • Please refer to our size guide or message us for more information.

If you would like to request a refund due to unforeseen damage, please get in

contact with us within 8 hours of receiving the garment for a full refund. Garment

must be unworn and returned the same day.
